An Up the Creek Fish Camp & Grill Restaurant features fish, shellfish, seafood and other proprietary cuisine, a full-service bar with specialty drinks and a casual dining atmosphere. As the name indicates, Up The Creek Fish Camp & Grill restaurants are reminiscent of rustic, lodge-style fish camps. Each restaurant is about 6,800 square feet and seats 185 to 200 guests, who are served by 70 to 80 employees, including five or six managers. The walls are covered with everything fishy, including fish taxidermy, photos, paintings and antique fishing rods and tackle. Each outlet also has a 400-gallon saltwater aquarium.
