Support & Training:

We provide all the tools you need. Our unique management system operates on web based software and can be operated from any home office or remote resort location. A week long initial training at our Lakewood, CO corporate office, ongoing high touch support programs, lead generation and a business start up kit including an iPad are all included with our franchise agreements.

Our Ideal Candidate

Book by Owner is a resort based property management company. We are seeking franchise owners who currently live or desire to live in US destination resorts and vacation areas. Our ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, getting involved in their community and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Experience in sales and marketing, hospitality or any real estate related fields is beneficial but not required.
