After the initial training period, the new consultants receive ongoing support and education from their trainer. In addition, advanced training modules are available online 24/7 and may be utilized at a pace comfortable for the new affiliate. Business Alliance corporate staff, our franchise partners and attorneys, frequently share their experiences and ideas with our affiliates through daily webinars. These webinars are recorded and available 24/7 in our intranet learning library. This means that there are many resources for ongoing education and support for all new consultants.

There is no cold calling or soliciting required in this business. To help the new consultant generate clients immediately, the corporate office does all the initial advertising. During the first month of training, the company gives the new consultant forty client inquiries to help them become productive right away. After the initial training period, the corporate office then offers client inquiries to the consultants at their cost, to help keep the consultant's advertising costs to a minimum.
