Fresh U is part technology company incorporating and leveraging the most cutting edge technology providing customer insight, communication, and intel. Fresh U is looking to disrupt the current QSR landscape by eliminating lines! We encourage our customers to download our App and order in advance of arriving at the store. By the time the customer arrives, their food or juice is made Fresh and ready to be picked up, reducing their time spent in store to under 10 seconds.

Fresh U also makes it easy to pick the right location, with no stringent requirements, the business can be operated in almost any location from 900 to 1300 square feet and does not require special hoods or vents that eliminate a lot of potentially excellent sites.

Our Concept

We believe consumers are moving towards a more fresh daily diet. We have found a renewed focus on cleaner eating and fitness. In conjunction, people are working longer and harder than they have in the past thus leading to time constraints. Since the times of the home cooked family dinner are gone and consumers are on-the-go we thought we would bring FRESH meals to today's on-the-go populous. We recognize the hustle and bustle of today's economy and hope to provide fresh meals and juice to keep the world energized.

As the health benefits of fresh eating becomes more prevalent and there is a fundamental shift in health education starting at the elementary school level we feel we are at the forefront of the next frontier in the quick service industry.

It's that simple, if you have ever found yourself on-the-go with nothing good and refreshing to eat then you have experienced the "Fresh Famine" which is simply stated the lack of fresh, nutritious and delicious offerings in the quick serve market today.

The Fresh Brand & Business

Our proprietary business model remains at the forefront of both technology and consumer through our The Future is Fresh initiative. We are committed to staying up-to-date with the technology that makes help serve our customers better, fresher and faster. We consider ourselves the technology leader in the QSR industry. We have developed a proprietary App that allows our customers to place a pick-up order or delivery from their phone at anytime. When they arrive to the store their food and juice is waiting for them with their name on it and prepaid - no lines, no wait, no hassle! A standard in-house order and then subsequent waiting time for the order to be made is approximately 2 - 10 minutes. By placing the order on the way to the store the customers order is made FRESH, is prepaid and then is ready for pickup by the customer. The customer is in and out under 10 seconds!

In addition to the significant technology component we provide a portfolio of businesses in efficient location. Our model combines the well established stand alone businesses of smoothies, juice bars, create your own salads, wraps, fresh soups and rice bowls all under one roof! All these businesses have had success as stand alone businesses, FreshU combines all these established businesses in one location providing a number of different revenue streams.

From inception, FreshU was built to be scalable and easily operated. We have worked with the right teams to create efficiency and refined standards. Everything from a ventless kitchen to local produce sourcing has been incorporated into the System. We have addressed all areas of the quick service business including but not limited to site selection, supply chain, food costing, labor costing, construction, marketing, branding and social media. We have spent significant resources to refine each of these areas to help ensure that each market is easily operated and profitable for our franchisee partners. Our goal is to expand the brand throughout the United States and then throughout the World by teaming with experienced and passionate partners who share in our mission to establish FreshU Grill + Juice Bar as the most convenient destination for healthy meals and fresh juices, served quickly while maintaining the highest quality of freshness, service and environment.
