InXpress is a business-to-business sales franchise in the shipping and logistics industry. Our franchisees sell global shipping and freight services to small-and medium-sized businesses. No retail storefront, no handling packages, and no employees required!

InXpress is the ONLY logistics company in the U.S. contracted as an authorized reseller with multiple major carriers covering all three types of typical business shipping needs - international small parcel, domestic small parcel, and palletized freight services. Due to our massive group shipping volume, franchisees receive deeply discounted shipping rates, which they then offer to small-to-medium sized businesses. Shipping and logistics is an essential industry that enjoys stability and even growth during economic downturns.

InXpress franchisees are salespeople and shipping consultants. Dedicating their days to proactive outreach, including cold calling and door- to door visits from 9:00a-5:00p. Their main targets are small- and medium-sized businesses. These companies typically cannot get big discounts on shipping services. With the InXpress volume, franchisees can save these customers between 11-33% on shipment costs on average. The franchisee will speak to the person in charge of the business’s shipping needs and then if they’re successful in obtaining the business as a customer, they set them up with InXpress’ proprietary software so that the business can schedule shipments on their own. The franchisee then provides personal customer service after the sale, ensuring a high rate of customer retention. The customer continues to ship, and each time they do, the franchisee makes money on each shipment. As the franchisee sells more customers, the residual income builds!

This is a sales-focused franchise model. We require franchisees to commit full-time to the business. This is NOT AN ABSENTEE OR SEMI-ABSENTEE MODEL.
