Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for qualified candidates who are outgoing and have ten years of business to business sales and/or management experience, a college education, and who are results oriented. You must have a minimum of $20k in liquid capital, and be ready to make a part-time or full-time commitment to. We advise and coach CEOs and business owners of companies with annual revenues from $1M - $100M.

As we continue our expansion, we are seeking a limited number of sales and marketing orientated professionals who want to license our copyrighted programs as management strategic advisors.

Advantages of a Value Forward Consulting License

Most coaching and consulting programs today are aimed at small, low revenue generating clients that have minimum funding for outside performance improvement services. However, as a Value Forward management consultant you'll work with a diverse mix of companies that have annual revenues ranging from USD $1 million to $100 million versus the majority of coaching programs that currently are aimed towards small, low revenue clients. This will allow for generating larger client coaching, consulting and training fees and a more professional work environment.

In addition to the advantages that come from working with larger sized clients, you'll also be regarded as more as a trusted advisor, than a management consultant or a trainer to the executives you serve.
