About Us

Chocolate Bash was founded after extensive research and trial and error. It seemed natural to use chocolate as the star component in delicious desserts. We blended every kind of chocolate imaginable with a diverse selection of ingredients. Some of the combinations we tried were amazing, while others were bizarre and didn’t live up to our expectations. We solicited public feedback on sample recipes, a practice that is still followed by Chocolate Bash today.

We went above and beyond to include the "Build Your Own" option.  We want others to feel the same pride and excitement when we came up with an unexpected pairing, the satisfaction of a well-balanced dish, and the exploration of new flavor combinations.

Training and Support

As a Chocolate Bash franchisee, you are fully involved in the location selection of your business as well as site selection services including a lease worksheet, demographic details, and visits to approve locations. After opening, a member of the Chocolate Bash field support staff will visit each franchisee according to the following schedule:

• First/Second Quarter–Weekly/Biweekly

• Third/Fourth Quarter–Monthly

• Beyond–Quarterly

Operational Support - We provide ongoing training and support in many areas critical to the success of the franchisee’s business, including unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.

Marketing Support - Chocolate Bash will coordinate the development of advertising materials and strategies for all of our franchisees. We will also supply our franchisees with consumer marketing plans and materials for use at the local or regional level.

Purchasing Perks - We need to mention that on top of an already affordable and highly profitable franchise. We will also negotiate quantity discounts on behalf of all of our franchisees meaning more savings for you!

Other Areas of Support - Chocolate Bash will provide initial oversight for financial, legal, and accounting elements for its franchisees to discover and research methods that will enhance unit-level profitability.
