About Us

Brandon, Founder and CEO, likes to humbly say ten years ago he started out as just a guy who likes to fish, ski, and surf. His love of the outdoors turned a small investment into a multi-million dollar property management company with vacation homes located throughout California, Colorado, Hawaii, Florida, Tennessee, and more.

Brandon started Grand Welcome originally with a handful of condominiums in Mammoth Lakes and grew his property management company to be one of the largest in that destination. That was the start of a larger vision and the umbrella growth of Grand Welcome.

In an industry where even the largest players control less than 5% of the market share, Grand Welcome has grown significantly within the last couple of years, with 21 active destinations and 33 franchise locations already awarded. Our focus and emphasis has been on producing high revenue dollars for our homeowners and 5-star service for our vacationing guests. Our team of dedicated professionals located in the Incline Village, NV, office and our destination general managers are waiting to assist, train and support you as you grow your own management company in your home destination.
