Founded in 2018, by Richie Wilson & Rachel Fine, who brought their Brooklyn roots to Florida, this establishment seamlessly blends nostalgia with culinary innovation. Stepping inside you're transported to a speakeasy-style atmosphere.
The menu at Gigglewaters is American comfort food elevated with gourmet flair. Featuring over a dozen distinctive Wagyu beef burgers, bacon-wrapped deep-fried hot dogs, and specialties like Butcher Block Bacon infused with bourbon and brown sugar. They also bring their favorite NYC flavors to the table with dishes like Frito pie and ricotta cheesecake.
Beyond the dining room, customers can find an intimate single-screen movie theater showing beloved classics. It's a full-service experience where you can enjoy the entire menu while watching iconic films. This unique combination of nostalgia and community creates an experience like no other.

Training and Support
The Gigglewaters team is with you every step of the way. We’ve worked hard over the past few years to build out a system and develop a support team so that you’re not in this alone. You’ll undergo an extensive hands-on training program where you’ll learn the critical details of operating your very own Gigglewaters. This training includes time in the field learning the ropes in our corporate store, working hand-in-hand with the key leadership staff at our Home Office, as well as on-site training at your location when you open. Our training and support helps you master everything you need to know to run a Gigglewaters. From how to hire and inspire a team to greatness, manage payroll, run inventories and track cost of goods, handle scheduling and recruiting, use technology to track key metrics, to marketing through community partnerships- we’re here as a resource and we’re in it with you for the long haul.
