Sub Station II first opened their restaurant on Broad Street in Sumter, SC, in May of 1975 by Dominic (Don) Ruffalo and his brothers Charlie & John. They brought with them a wealth of experience and knowledge in the restaurant business. For years their family owned and operated one of the largest, oldest and finest restaurants in New Jersey. Today, Sub Station II has over 60 locations from South Carolina to Virginia, Kentucky to Georgia, and points in between. But there is plenty of room for expansion. With Sub Station II's formula for success, it's just beginning to move in a direction that will undoubtedly make it one of the major restaurant chains in the future.

SUB STATION II is a chain of submarine sandwich franchises. We currently have 90 stores located in 9 states. Our sandwich shops offer a variety of over 25 submarine sandwiches, along with specialty sandwiches and salads. We have developed an efficient method of preparing each sandwich to the customer's specifications. The emphasis is on high-quality food and cleanliness. We provide our franchisee's with training and on-going support, lay-out, etc.
