In the past we’ve written about how important the concept of continuous
innovation is to the technology business. Other industries may have the luxury
of resting on yesterday’s solutions, but the technology sector moves too fast
to ever have that attitude and succeed.
One of our most common themes here at the Lead Generation Resource Center is
the importance of continuous innovation. As we’ve written before, the lead
generation industry (not simply in franchising) is rife with complacent
players that are content implementing yesterday’s tech solutions today.
Well, for 2015 I’m happy to report that we’re probably going to end up sending
well over 100 million emails! And that only means that we’ve learned more
about how potential franchisees interact with email.
For those of us that are familiar with the world of email marketing, you’ll

yourself quite frequently. No matter how successful your email campaigns are,
you always want to know how to reach more people on your list.
Last July, FranchiseHelp began its first experiment with text messages as a means of communicating with potential franchisees. The findings from those tests will transform franchise sales and development.
